Seamus "Mountain Goat" Shea, if Chris is the baby then Seamus is the daddy. Seamus is the technical manager at the local theatre and has only started riding in the past few months, but he has a pretty high level of fitness and tends to build up a head of steam and just keeps going. Although not all that happy on the fast downhill sections, Seamus rides uphill for fun. He is in training for the End 2 End 2008 and may even tag along on the 2008 Tour of Coed y Brenin.
